Atellio

Customer Success Manager • February 2022—February 2023

  • Lead Customer Experience and Product Operations efforts for a seed stage B2B SaaS company based in the UK.

  • Served all customer needs and acted as the primary research contact between Atellio's customers, prospects and our product team.

  • Consulted with multiple Fortune 100 companies on streamlining operations for teams responsible for bringing products to market, primarily focused on consumer products.

  • Defined product priorities and established timelines for feature development, acting as a technical project manager for V2 of the core Atellio product offering to ensure key product milestones are met.

Stitch Fix

Creative Operations Manager • February 2019—February 2022

  • Led project management of a stealth company-wide rebrand, including new logo and identity development, voice and tone guidelines, messaging and strategy; leading meetings and setting timelines for every function area across the company: product, creative, operations, and marketing, customer experience, among others.

  • Owned partnership between creative and product teams to update branding of Stitch Fix’s key new product offering of 2021 across all surfaces - including proprietary app, landing pages, help center, packaging - and managing product team implementation.

  • Project-managed creation of a design language for consumer facing marketing assets, using Figma to standardize and redesigning

  • 30+ modules, transforming design across all Stitch Fix emails , including transactional, trigger, and marketing emails.

    Nominated for and completed Stitch Fix’s 2021 leadership development course: one of 30 out of 8000 employees.

Walmart eCommerce

Senior Interactive Producer, Contract • February 2018—December 2018

  • Designed and implemented a 4 week digital creative marketing operations channel for biweekly Walmart.com homepage updates, establishing a process for cross-functional partners including marketing directors, product managers, creative and art directors, designers, copywriters and site teams to request, create and launch new content. 

  • Project managed landing pages for multiple campaigns including the monthly Ellen’s List page and the Memorial Day campaign (the latter resulting in 5% conversion rate and 500,000 visitors.)

Benefit Cosmetics

Project Manager, Contract • September 2017—December 2017

  • Developing 90 day project plans for 4 high profile campaigns; including defining scope and timelines for new content to be rolled out in digital mediums.

  • Coordinating work between creative and art directors, designers, marketing managers, and product managers.

  • Managing global digital projects, including a campaign for an augmented reality app with a budget of $210K, developing media across platforms, focusing on web and mobile video for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Monitoring workflow from marketing to creative to vendor ensuring on-time and on-budget asset deliveries

Creative Drive & Accenture Interactive

Studio and Account Manager • September 2016—March 2017

  • Oversaw asset creation, developing and coordinating sustainable processes between the creative director, art directors, and designers to ensure on-schedule email, social media, and web design campaigns.

  • Managed Under Armour account, acting as daily contact point and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Supervised day–to–day team of 20+ full time and freelance employees, photography studio operations, schedule and asset deliveries of 250+ images daily.

  • Rebuilt creative brief intakes, setting up processes for producers, and systems for resource assessment, managing temporary creative teams of at least 10; streamlining 25-30 editorial projects annually outside retainer with Under Armour client.

Photo Category Manager July 2014—April 2016

  • Managed timelines for over a dozen e- commerce product launches, requiring 60,000+ assets over 12 month period, utilizing Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) to digest and communicate status of all assets.

  • Led internal and vendor teams to schedule and deliver imagery for web—model and product photography for

  • more than 10,000+ SKUs annually.

  • Designed and directed workflow between UA’s operations director, production manager, and creative team and vendor’s chief operating officer, VP of client services, and creative director.

  • Managed budgets, scheduling, and supervising production for editorial photography requests.
